Nothing happened. I did all of this and Big Fish still won't answer me with a fix. The only thing they have done is to offer me a free game twice.

Happens when I try to play Big Fish games in Win 10. I sent them the same question 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten an answer from them so I'm asking in here. I have deleted anything associated with Big Fish Games from my comp.
