    Hi DRoy45,

Converting a Word document to a JPEG file using Microsoft Word is not yet workable. However, what we can do to get the job done is to use Microsoft Paint. Kindly follow these steps:

    1. Choose the Word file you want to convert to a JPEG format and open the file.
    2. Make sure all the content you want in the JPEG can be seen on the screen. Anything you cannot see on the screen will not be included in the JPEG. To get more onto the screen, use the "Zoom" option to zoom out. To make any features bigger on the JPEG, zoom in.
    3. Locate the "Print Screen" that is usually located on the top right of the key board above the arrow up and arrow down keys.
    4. Copy the contents of the word file by hitting the Print Screen key.
    5. Open Microsoft Paint by typing it on the search field on the bottom left.
    6. Once the Paint is opened, click paste on the top left and the image will surface in Paint.
    7. Crop out the parts of the document you do not want. You may not want portions of the Word document such as the menus. To crop, use the Select tool, which is the dotted line rectangle, to select what you want to crop out. Then, choose "Copy" from the Edit menu, "New" from the File menu and then "Paste" from the Edit menu.
    8. Convert the Word document to a JPEG by saving the document. Choose "Save" from the File menu. Type in the name you want to save the document as and choose "JPEG" from the drop-down menu.

The idea that you've presented is interesting, I strongly suggest that you post this concern to our Word.uservoice, this will help us improve the Word app and enhance your Word experience in the future. Please check this**** link for more information.
