Mac OS v10.15.7 hangs while uploading and downloading files simultaneously by SMB file share

Remote Machine - Windows Client Machine - Mac OS v10.15.7 SMB version 3 While uploading file (size >100MB) from remote to client, if I try to download a file (size >100MB) simultaneously, the Mac gets hanged for the time till the upload is not finished and waiting disc appears for the finder window. Rest other apps works normally.

To better understand your question, please confirm the following information and describe our issue in details:

So you have three machine "Remote Machine、Windows Client Machine and Mac OS v10.15.7 SMB version 3", it is right?

You are uploading file (size >100MB) from remote machine to Windows client machine, is it right?

Based on " if I try to download a file (size >100MB) simultaneously", where did you download file simultaneously？On Mac?

I can not see the operation above is related to Mac.

Following are the clarification:

I have two machines. One is the Remote machine ( Windows Server) and second is the Client Machine (Mac OS v10.15.7).

I am uploading from Mac to Windows

Simultaneously I try to download from Windows to Mac.

The protocol used for file sharing is SMB version 3
While uploading, everything works fine. But the moment I try to download simultaneously, Mac gets hanged. For that time period, I cannot do anything till the upload is complete.
I want to know whether this is any compatibility issue of Windows or MAC with SMB file share

I hope I am clear with my question now.

I am uploading from Mac to Windows.----- if you uploading a file with small size
Simultaneously I try to download from Windows to Mac.-------Simultaneously, if you download file with samll size from Windows to Mac

Do you have the same issue after above scenarior?

You can try to operate the same operations on the other machines, then check if the issue reoccurs.

For example:

Assume the Remote machine ( Windows Server) is Windows server1
Client Machine (Mac OS v10.15.7) is Mac1
Then if there is Windows server2 and Mac2.

scenarior1
Uploading from Mac2 to Windows1.
Simultaneously try to download from Windows1 to Mac2.

scenarior2
I am uploading from Mac1 to Windows2.
Simultaneously I try to download from Windows2 to Mac1.

scenarior3
I am uploading from Mac2 to Windows2.
Simultaneously I try to download from Windows2 to Mac2.

We can check if the issue is related one machine or one OS or SMB.
