Hi Tracy, is your D drive a DVD drive or a USB Flash drive and when you get this error is there a either a DVD or flash drive inserted at that time?

    Try following -

    1. Windows Key+X > Disk Management > Right click on D: drive and change it to some other letter which is not used say M:
    2. Run the Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter

Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down & Click Hardware & Devices > Click Run the Troubleshooter & follow on-screen directions > Restart the computer after troubleshooting is completed
