Disk Check Error

Hi,

i've lenovo laptop and am running windows 8 in it. My laptop Disk Usage is 100% all the time so i did disk check and found below log.

so can anyone help me in this to fix it.

    Bill,

    Looks like you have gave me solution of how to take event log, error log etc. but as i mentioned in my post already have error log ans I've past it in my comment too. so my concern is what is this error for.? how to solve this.?
