just go to device manager>>show hidden items and scan. any with a red or yellow flag next to it has an issue.
Driver scan being blocked
I'm trying to update drivers and my scan gets blocked. How do I remove this blocking problem?

What app are you using? Most of these are not recommended and can cause problems if they push the wrong drivers.
You'd be better off letting Windows Update provide drivers, then periodically check the PC's Support Downloads web page to compare and see if it has any newer drivers than those installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button,
In some cases for older PC's or hard to find drivers I will install SlimDrivers making sure to avoid it's Cleaner during install, then after it updates any drives it finds newer ones for, I uninstall it. https://filehippo.com/download_slimdrivers/

I am a fellow community member here to help if I can. Could you give further details? Is you antivirus blocking it? Is Windows UAC blocking it? Can you post a screenshot of the error?Also what is the name of the driver scan program you are using?
