Outdated drivers

I supposedly have 9 outdated drivers after refresh, do I still need them and if so do you know how t get them? >  HD Compliant Vendor defined device 2.7.0.2   Broadcom 43142 Bluetooth 4.0 adapter 12.0.1.750    High Precision Event Times 7.0.1.1011   AMD High Definition Audio Driver 9.0.0.9910   Realtek High Definition Audio  6.0.1.7587    PCI Bus  15.201.0.0000    AMD SATA Controller  1.3 001.0156     Realtek PCLeFE Family  Controller  8.033.0529.2014.  Are these something I need or are they just wanting money to install them from WinZip?
