Hello,
I have this INFURIATING issue. Whenever I use Windows + S to bring up the search bar, it doesn't show up!! I've tried so many solutions to no avail.
It should be noted: this only happens on my custom built desktop, my Dell laptop works like a charm. Both are running the latest Windows 10 updates.
Also, I don't know if this could be related, but my jump lists do not work at all either.

My problem however does not pertain to OneNote. It deals with Windows Key + S not bringing up the search bar.
