windows embedded 7, language pack install failed

Hi,

I tried to install downloaded language pack via lpksetup.exe. First time it failed, most likely because not sufficient space was enough. I cleared some files and made more free storage. I tried to install and it's the same - failed. Now I tried to install different language pack and its installing fine. My guess is that after first "bad" installation some files are still in the system32 which doesn't allow to install that specific language pack anymore. There are no such option for uninstalling the language, it doesnt show up. How can I get rid of these files which left after "bad" installation so that I could start over??
