I have a Toshiba Satellite C55D-B5308, (Amd) which came with factory windows 8.  But I upgraded to a SSD and so I had to fresh install Windows 7 home premium 64x. So then I had to re-install a bunch  of drivers but I can't figure out how to get Bluetooth back, Is there a list of windows services that could be affecting it? I don't have it listed in device manager or anywhere else, and Toshibas' blue-tooth stack is downloading but then it says theres a RPC server error, or it wants me to plug in my blue tooth devise; which is't really possible for my Bluetooth headphones that work fine on my other devices.  Is there anybody who know how to solve this issue; I've given it two weeks now and theirs no simple way to figure it out.

Thank you for keeping in touch with me on your thread. In that case, this would only mean that what needs to be performed is a manual update on your drivers as it may be possible that some drivers for your computer's components might not have a generic driver. That being said, you can perform the steps indicated on this article as this should also apply for Windows 7 in terms of searching your manufacturer's website for drivers needed by your computer and installing your drivers manually.

Hope that this resolves your concern.

    With Dell pc,one must download the BluTooth software/driver...Once installed/restart pc.Get this from pc mfg...Also,if already installed,in run or cmd,type:  services.msc  in msc,scroll to Bluetooth,double click,set to "Auto Start" start service,exit msc,restart pc....
