How to install robocopy for windows server 2003

I'm trying to migrate a windows server 2003 fileshare and would like to use robocopy to move files from the 2003 share to windows server 2012. How can I install robocopy or the windows server 2003 resource tool kit? All Microsoft links I've found no longer work.
