in settings>account>sync, turn of syncing. let me know if that helps.
Unsyncing two computers
I recently switched to a different computer and gave my other one to my grandson. How do I remove my account from the previouscomputer as my grandson cannot seem to put his account into it? I have also been trying to download apps and nothing works when I try to open them. I believe it is because the two computers are still synced together with my Microsoft account. In another problematic area, I have a Microsoft Office program (not 365) that I need to find out how to switch it to the new computer from the previous one. The old one is only a year old, so it runs on Windows 10 just the same as my current one. Thank you.

2018-05-02T02:12:34+00:00 I had already done what you suggested before I received your email. It didn't work. Also, I need help with the program issue. I had purchased the Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016. I need to find out how to transfer it from my previous computer to my current one. I had license for one program, so I would like to keep it. My grandson has no need for my version on his computer. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,

2018-05-03T01:08:37+00:00 To transfer it office over, there are two things that you can do. 1, download office to the new computer and transfer files via OneDrive, usb drive, box, etc. 2, you can buy an external hard drive and copy office onto it and move it onto the new computer and transfer you files with it. Hope it works.
