Headphones problem

Hi!

I am using BH60 headphones. Everything was fine until yesterday. When I connected to PC with Bluetooth I could only connect to BH60 Hands-Free which has a terrible sound quality. When everything was normal I used to connect to BH60 Stereo , but now it wont even show up when selecting the playback device. I tried to improve the Hands-Free quality by turning off the hands-free telephony, but then the BH60 Hands-Free disappeared. I tried to remove the headphones in Bluetooth and then reconnect, but they still connect to the Hands-Free.

    Hello andress32,

I'd like to get more information regarding this so we could further check and provide a more established workaround.

Any changes made to the system that might have caused the issue, perhaps an update occurred prior to this?

Confirm the troubleshooting steps you've completed so far. Although, if you haven't completed anything yet, you may try running the hardware troubleshooter.

Better yet, make sure all drivers are all up to date. I recommend manually downloading the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s website to make sure the one installed on your PC is updated. Outdated or incompatible drivers could cause issues such as this one.

If you require a guideline on how to further troubleshoot this issue, you may refer to this support article:

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards.
