Always Printscreen

This is my first experience

I wanted to copy a paragraph from internet to blank page Microsoft Word. Then I try to paste it. But the result is a screenshot of blank page of Microsoft Office. Then, I try to write some word, then try to copy it. The result is same, a screenshot there were word that I have written. When I cut the word then try to paste it, the result is same screenshot too, blank page of Microsoft Office. 

Then I try to download Lightshot (a software that used for screenshot). I install it and, the trouble is here. The Lightshot is always pop-up wanted to chapture the screen. It is so annoying. My printscreen button on keyboard is normal. But, I don't know how could this happen.

Then I uninstall the lightshot. 

There was any solution for this? :(

    take a screenshot  by using  SNIPPING TOOL , you can get typing in search box ,  and save to desktop  filename like   capturepic.jpg

    open microsoft word ,  click insert , then pictures, browse to desktop , select capturepic.jpg

      save the word doc  to desktop 

    now  take printout

    Hi SK. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

    Uninstall Lightshot which is not needed since there is a perfectly good screenshot tool included in Windows that doesn't cause trouble like this: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/o.... You can also always grab the full screen image by pressing the WIndows (flag) key + PrtSc button and then paste it into Paint to save.

    Once you do this your clipboard should be released hostage by the unnecessary 3rd party program.
