It's the old Microsoft Error that happens all the time. http://prntscr.com/kmi0ey I've even researched how to fix them. The change regional settings to the U.S, and it still doesn't work. I've even had a Real Person Microsoft Support Agent get access to my PC, still didn't work.

Ok I understand, then I would recommend you to repair the Operating System, before you should backup your files, check this link.

Thanks. It's fixed out. Working 100% normal.

    Hi, Can

Check these links, I hope you can solve the problem.

Your Ethernet connection or wireless connection must be marked Public rather than Private to gain access to the Store and other apps

Ok I understand, follow these steps.

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Also run the System File Checker utility:

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc /SCANNOW

This will check for any integrity violations

    Restart your system

It can load now but it still shows the same error

All 3 did not work, and now it won't load at all.
