2018-06-04T15:56:29+00:00 Again I have followed the link and tried to install the update with the same result. It asks to remove Intuit/Quickbooks from the PC. I removed these using the uninstall tools in Settings/Apps. The system clearly thinks Quickbooks is still installed. I am stuck.

Updating to Windows 10 1803, the latest feature update should resolve your issue.
The fastest way to get the upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.

Click the link below to download a zip file
Unzip that file
Double click appraiser.bat to run that batch file
That batch will find the blocking file - delete the blocking file
Then try running the update again . . .

Download this utility from ( https://aka.ms/AppRPS ) and double click to unzip the file. This has 2 files which you should copy to somewhere on your computer.
appraiser.bat
AppRaiserScript.PS1
Double click appraiser.bat to run and it will run and do all required tasks for you on its own to remove required blockers.
After this runs successfully, you can try to update Windows again.
