This has been asked several times and answered differently several times. What specifically is Windows 10 FQC-08789? It comes in a sealed retail box on USB. What is it and why should you not use it? Is anyone running it and how does the system identify it?

    FQC-08789 is a retail version,

    You may also try FQC-10069.

    In Command Prompt just run slmgr -dli command，

    after a short moment, a Windows Script Host dialog will open to show you what license type your Windows is using，retails, OEM or VLSC.

    Sorry, my fault.
    FQC-08789 is a retail version, but we don’t suggest to buy it, it’s old and limited, just as you said.
    If you want to buy Microsoft Windows 10 Pro USB Flash Drive, FQC-10069 is proper, which is also a retail version.
    Besides, FQC-08789 is always use USB drive as installation media, haven’t see DVD version.

    It is Windows 10 Pro. All you are really buying is a key. What is Limited about it?

    Also,

    What is FQC-08788? Retailers are currently selling it.

    What is SKU-HAV 00060 ?

    FQC-xxxxx is the Manufacturer Part code or model number which is assigned by Microsoft. Different number stands for different Windows version.

    FQC-08788 is also a retail version on USB drive.
    SKU : HAV-00060 is also Windows 10 Pro Retail version on USB Flash Drive.

    SKU stands for stock-keeping unit, the idea of Microsoft's using it is to define a specific business product that they sell. Unfortunately, we cannot decode the SKU number of the product.
