most respectfully Pedro, I have worked as a product/technical support rep and as a network technician for a total of 3 years and never once in my life has a dism check ever helped me solve one problem. i am not sure why people suggest this step but presume it is so they can farm microsoft points and post on their linkedin that they are a forum contributer. it turns out that often the windows operating system is a total potato and also that a dism os check never does anything but waste an hour of someones life.

    Hello,

Do a System File check and run DISM tool and post back the results in the next reply:

Review the system with these steps:

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Also run the System File Checker utility:

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc /SCANNOW

This will check for any integrity violations

    Restart your system

RAM  is good with 32GB stable and working, ran chkdsk didn't pick anything up even ran a program to look for registry errors and none there. What I cant figure out is why there is an error in the kernel base, and only when im trying to run any games that require flash

    Hi, JamesAnderson1879

Ok I'll give you some tips.

1.- Review the Ram Memory with

    https://www.windowscentral.com/how-check-your-p...

    https://www.memtest86.com/

2.- Check your SSD or HDD with (chkdsk)

    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee8...

3.- Re-create the USB or DVD to install the Operating System, because sometimes it is damaged or corrupted.
