Can't safe mode, can do system reset from advanced boot menu, can't troubleshoot an self repair

The flashing error is as follows:

C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\Wacom_Tablet.exe

File system error (-1072365564).

Clicking ok just precedes to flas same error messege over and over.

I have tried control alt delete

Resetting in safemode

System Reset

Full system reset

Advanced boot menu self repair function.

All attempts have failed by either saying it couldnt repair the problem, system reset ran into a problem, or continues to throw the error box at me.

If anyone knows how to fix this I'm all eyes, don't have bob the gaurdian to help me out after all.

I would recommend that you should consider a clean install of your existing Windows 10. You can use below guide by Greg Carmack, MVP for this purpose. This is the best method to perform a clean install of Windows 10.

If you want a very lightweight guide - Start fresh with a clean installation of Windows 10

Let's go back to previous build

Power ON your computer and as Windows / manufacturer's Logo appears, Power OFF - Repeat 3 times

Now your computer will go into Advanced Recovery Environment

Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Go back to the previous build
