Widows 10 upgrade has many problems.  Nothing works. I cannot get to settings (there is no secondary menu).  I cannot get to system search (search box does not respond).   Edge does not open.  web search (bing) does not respond.  I would like to uninstall but cannot get to the restore feature.  I cannot find anyway to reinstall and try to get it right.  What can I do?

I would recommend that you perform a Windows 10 repair upgrade. Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings. (You will not lose any data while backup is a good idea) Below is a good guide to perform repair upgrade
