Let's see if it is a simple setting that has accidentally been turned on.

Go to start - settings - ease of access - magnifier

Make sure invert colors is not checked.

if that does not work then This maybe an issue with a system file being corrupt.

You can try a couple things.

Right click your start button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.

In Command prompt type sfc /scannow and press enter.

    Restart the computer.

If that doesn't work then try this,

Right click your start button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.

In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands.

Press Enter key after each command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Important: When you run this command, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to fix corruptions.

To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

    Restart your computer.

    Hi Sarah,

thanks for this advise but all methods are not working. =(

Any other way that i can try?

I tried scanning with malware but doesn't seem to have any.

    Thanks!

    This is an odd issue.

Try this... Right click your start button and select device manager.

Expand Display Adapter and then right click your adapter and select uninstall device.

    Reboot

    See if that works.

IF that still does not work then I would recommend trying a repair upgrade.

This method will not remove your data or apps.

See link below by Andre Da Costa to see how to do this.
