How to keep original video screen size in side-by-size screen after recording?

Hi,

I have recorded a Teams Meeting with 2 participants. However the final video has cut out part of a user's screen, how to get back the video with original screen (without cutting any areas)?

Please reply ASAP. Thanks!

    Could you provide us a screenshot of the recording to know your situation clearly? For security purpose, please remember to cover some private messages.

    Which type of screen sharing do you use? Desktop, Window, Whiteboard or PowerPoint?

    After the recording is finished, we cannot modify the screen size to the original size. It recommends you use desktop sharing because only desktop sharing could show full screen of user.

    As a supplement, there is a red box around the sharing screen. The red box is the border of recording. You could determine if this is the suitable size by the red box.

    If part of the content of the recorded video is lost, it cannot be recovered. If you have similar recordings in the future, you can leave a snack. Use some safer screen recorder to complete the recording. In this case, it is more secure. Recording functions of many tools allow you to successfully record such a video on the basis of preserving the original image quality.
