Missing Episodes?

How can I speak to the Customer Service team about getting a refund for a recent purchase? I'm seeking a refund or hopefully a fix.

I'm in Australia and purchased "The Office: The Complete Collection Season 1" and that/this is all 194 episodes of the show. Upon completed the transaction in the store and then seeing my purchase in the "Movies and TV" app, 34 episodes don't work or appear as "Not Available". 

Any idea as if this isn't the complete collection, then yeah... certain episodes shouldn't be showing up as unavailable

Hi Greg,

Some magic (or someone reads this) happened. 

I was convinced that this issue wasn't on my end (so restoring purchases won't work) as I was seeing the following

Surface Book (W/Performance)

Microsoft Store = 193 Episodes. Films and TV = 160 Episodes

Lumia 950

Microsoft Store = 193 Episodes. Films and TV = 160 Episodes

Surface Pro 3

Microsoft Store = 193 Episodes. Films and TV = 160 Episodes

However it just added those 33 videos to my collection so happy days and no worries.

    Hi Jesse,

    Just want to confirm that all the episodes are now appearing for you, correct?  If not, let me know and I can take a look into the ones that aren't.
