How can I convert HTM pictures to JPG?

I get pictures sent to me from family but they are coming in as HTM not JPG.  Can I convert them to JPG and how is this done. Thanks!

    Hi Gary,

    Can you actually see the image in the htm format?

    Htm is a web page format, not an image format . . .

    Download the file that is sent to you

    In our downloads folder, check to see if it is accompanied by a folder of the same name

    If so, in that folder, you should find the image file

    If not, you need to ask your family to save the image in an image file format and then re-send it to you . . .
