Disabling Palmcheck

So I just reset my PC a few days ago and it changed everything to default. When trying to disable Palmcheck after the reset, I wasn't able to actually find where to disable it. I tried doing it the same way I did it before, which is going to Mouse properties and going to device settings, however the Device settings didn't show up in mouse properties and I haven't been able to find any other way to disable Palmcheck and everything online tells me to do it the way I knew how, but I can't do it because the Device settings tab isn't there. Please help :(

Found it, I guess the reason I missed it is because they renamed it to Touchpad Sensitivity.

It appears if you have a precision touchpad, you should be able to disable it in Start > Settings > Devices > Touchpad.

This might be a custom setting based on the make and model.

What is the exact make and model?

    Open Start, type: system information

    Hit Enter

    Click System summary

    Look in the right pane

Copy the system sku info into reply here.

It sounds like the reset didn't install properly

If your installation of Windows 10 is exhibiting strange behavior that doesn't seem to resolve through typical troubleshooting you may need to perform a "Repair Upgrade". This will reinstall windows over top of your existing installation and will preserve personal files and settings. Here is a detailed tutorial to follow
