Hi Jacob. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Did they call you? Generally if they called you or popped up from a web browser warning about a virus, they are always a scam. No reputable tech support would cold call anyone.

Also scammers use others name like Microsoft or MyPhoneSupport so there's no way to know for absolute sure who they are unless you call them and then half the google results posing as legit are likely scams.

So it's best to come here for help and if you need referral we will know where to send you based on long experience and actual success rates, plus almost always free.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

I understand that microsoft is free and I just created a contact so this wont happen again. I just wanted to see if they were actual parteners with microsoft because that is what they claim. Thank you for your help.

They are Silver certified as App Developers but that doesn't mean they can troubleshoot Windows. What is your exact issue? Is there some reason you prefer to pay when free Support here is almost always better?

I called them, they did not call me. It said that they are parteners with microsoft but I wanted to make sure before paying or giving remote access. Is it true that they are parteners?

Hi Jacob1915, well done for being suspicious, you would be amazed how many users fall for this!

This is a well known Tech Support SCAM

All they are trying to do is get control of your PC, they will cause your PC to become corrupt and then require you to pay to have it fixed and even though you might pay them, they will not fix it!

Do not give them Remote Access to your PC

Do not give them any personal details

    Do not pay them
