I have this very strange problem that I cannot seem to fix on my own.
So I attempted to build my very own PC and once every thing was good to go I created a windows media creation tool on a USB drive to allow my new system to boot from that. Once my new system booted from the media creation tool, I selected to install windows
10 pro on my SSD. I did not yet put in my activation key as I did this once my PC had already installed windows. Everything was going good until i need to restart my PC. Once I restarted my computer i was greeted with a blue screen saying "Your pc/device needs
to be repaired." with the error code 0xc000000e. The options on the bottom when pressed would just flicker my screen and nothing would happen, however rebooting my PC from that error screen boots windows 10 normally. I thought this was a BIOS issue so i attempted
to see what was wrong in BIOS. I noticed that Boot #1 was still set to my USB and boot #2 was my SSD. When i tried to change it so that boot #1 would be my SSD i could not get my system to work. It would just lead me to a black screen with text on it. I do
not know how to fix this problem and really need some help. My current motherboard is the ASUS Rog Strix b450-f. Please help!
edit: i would also like to add this detail. When setting my boot#1 to the SSD windows is installed on, it boots just fine. However if i choose to restart after that it leads me to a black screen that says "Reboot and select proper boot device"
