Today I was on my laptop and a random blue screen came on with a PC error. After restarting it a couple of times it said that it was trying to go into repair mode but it just kept going to a black screen with the white cursor. Eventually I ended up at a black page that says I have no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key.

Please help, I have a USB plugged in with what I think is the windows 10 ISO file

I am on a Toshiba satellite pro using windows 10

Hold F12 on the Toshiba Screen to boot form the USB drive. . . .

Have been trying that but it is not working.
