    Hi Rahul,

Okay from the Recovery Environment, please try this:

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

If that does not work go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup

Then to undo what you did and set the Windows font back to Segue UI, create a reg file with the text below and merge that to your Registry

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts]

    "Segoe UI (TrueType)"="segoeui.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Black (TrueType)"="seguibl.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Black Italic (TrueType)"="seguibli.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Bold (TrueType)"="segoeuib.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Bold Italic (TrueType)"="segoeuiz.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Emoji (TrueType)"="seguiemj.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Historic (TrueType)"="seguihis.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Italic (TrueType)"="segoeuii.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Light (TrueType)"="segoeuil.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Light Italic (TrueType)"="seguili.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Semibold (TrueType)"="seguisb.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Semibold Italic (TrueType)"="seguisbi.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Semilight (TrueType)"="segoeuisl.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Semilight Italic (TrueType)"="seguisli.ttf"

    "Segoe UI Symbol (TrueType)"="seguisym.ttf"

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes]

    "Segoe UI"=-

I had to reset my computer without losing any data , Thanks !!

Do this at the sign in screen...

Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.

Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.

Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced options

    Click Command Prompt

    At the command prompt, type:

    net user administrator /active:yes

    Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.

    Try signing in again.

If you are able to sign into the Administrator account, create a new user account, sign into it and copy your files over from the other account.

Hi Rahul, yes, that is a Registry hack to change the system font, to undo that hack, a System Restore should fix your Registry . . .

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

There are no restore points !!
