    Hi HarshTak,

    Open File Explorer

    Go to C:/Users/Public/Libraries/

On the View Ribbon make sure you can see file name extensions

Create a new text file and add this text to that file:

    WScript.Quit

Save that text file, then rename it to (change the txt files extension to vbs):

    Checks.vbs

That's it, restart your PC and that annoyance will be gone . . .

Please try these options one by one and check after each option

1: Run SFC Scan & DISM - You seem to have already done it.

    How to - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. Run malware scan

    Malware Bytes - https://www.malwarebytes.com/

    1. Use Defender / ESET Scan - Part of it, you may have already done.

    a. Open Windows Defender > Virus & threat protection menu > Advanced Scan > Full Scan

    b. Download ESET / Sysrescue and follow the instructions on the link - https://www.eset.com/us/download/tools-and-util...

Looks like a virus. I recommend the following 2 things:

    Scan using Malwarebytes:

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Perform a Windows Defender Offline Scan:
