I don't know what was your default settings but taking cue from my computer, you can try following settings and let me know whether it works for you

Windows Key+I to invoke Settings > Personalization > Colors

    1. Uncheck Automatically pick an accent color from my background
    2. Remove any custom color
    3. Transparency Effects - ON
    4. Uncheck both options under Show accent color on the following surfaces
    5. Choose your default app mode - Light

Click High Contrast Themes > Under Color & high contrast

    1. Apply color filter - Off
    2. High Contrast Theme - None

Under Themes - See whether you got the right theme or not

    Good morning!

I found this link that may help https://www.teachucomp.com/change-the-color-set...

To change the colors for your device, open the “Settings” window and click the “Personalization” button in the middle of the screen.

Click the “Colors” category at the left side of this window to view Windows 10 accent color settings in the area to the right.

The “Preview” section shows a preview of the changes you make within this window.

I think the color you want is blue, and make sure the “accent” setting is off.

Let me know if this helps!

Open Start > Settings > Personalization > Color

Uncheck Automatically pick an accent color from my background

Under 'Windows colors', choose Red or click Custom color to select something matches your taste.

Under 'Show accent color on the following surfaces'

    Check:

    • Start, taskbar and action center
    • Title bars

The default color Microsoft uses for its out of box theme is called 'Default blue' here it is in the screenshot attached.
