whenever i shut down, a mysterious program pops up and slows down the shut down: WTouch_Message_Window. My computer eventually force shuts it down, but it keeps coming up every time. Strange of all, when I stop the shut down to look into it, it doesn't appear under task manager. What is it? Why does it keep popping up? Why isn't it in the task manager? Should I be worried?

Are you using a Wacom tablet with your computer by any chance? If so, you likely need to update the driver.

I would also try performing a clean boot:

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: msconfig

    Hit Enter

    Go to the services tab

Check the box, hide all Microsoft services

    Disable the remaining services

    Click Apply then OK

    Restart if prompted
