MFA-Server Time-out

Hello everyone,

my company uses MFA in combination with GlobalProtect client for VPN.
We currently face a problme where the MF authentification time seems to be to short.

To be exact its about the phone authentification and the backup phonenumber.
Normally, if the main phonenumber is busy or not reachable, MFA should call the backup number right?
This is not working properly and i guess the timeout is to short.

Is there a way to extend the auth. time in the MFA Server?

    Hi @TalhaByte , what is your environment like? Are you using Radius or PhoneFactor? Also, please see this thread and let me know if it helps you with this issue.
