i tried https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors all steps and didnt work.

Any clue? Other suggestions ?

Have you checked to make sure you are running the latest version? I noticed it was updated around the time Windows 10 was launched in 2015:

    Yes, somehow  I tried again today and it worked. I didnt do anything else. Same files, same configurations and it worked.
