System Error ; Application Unable to run

Good Day Tech Support!

So I tried running an application that usually works perfectly fine before until I've encountered this error ( screenshot uploaded ), I tried reinstalling the application but I still get the same error, I've also tried looking for this dll file in the internet but no luck finding it. Please help me :(

Hi Amil, you need to download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package to fix that error:

Hi Amil, I am so sorry, I forgot to mention, you may need to restart your PC after installing the Redistributable

Please let me know after a restart if this issue is gone . . .

Hi Amil, ou ned to uninstall the version that is already installed and then install the version from that link . . .

I'm done reinstalling it again and it still doesn't work, it shows the same error

the Microsoft Visual C is already installed and I tried choosing the repair option but nothing happened :(
