When I go into a tech support database, I want ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. I DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER OTHER PEOPLE'S QUESTIONS OR SEE OTHER PEOPLE'S UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, HENCE, ME ASKING THE QUESTION IN THE FIRST PLACE.
