short key Win+shift+S

I want to use the short key    (Win+shift+S) but I am unable to use it on the windows 7. please suggest me some red. edit or some other easy way to add this short key to win7. thanks

    I'm looking for the solution for this from the professional to make it possible in the win7 maybe by reg. editing  etc. to add this short key to win 7. thanks for your prompt reply

    Win+Shift+S lets you take a screen snapshot in Windows 10. In Windows 7 no function is assigned to it. I suspect it is not user-programmable.
