My all network adapters have disappeared from network adapters tab in device manager and are being shown Unknown.This might have occurred when there was a storm recently. Last time when there was a storm my LAN port stopped working so i started using Lan to ethernet plug and play device.I had no idea about this since I was out of town.Whenever i try to troubleshoot it fails due to error code: 0x803C010A.

Any help would be appreciated thanks :D

    Might right click your c drive in file explorer & select Properties / Tool tab - run the error checking.

    Open Command prompt(admin) and try these scans too followed by Restarting your computer;

    SFC /ScanNow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    You can sometimes visit your computer manufacturers support pages to find and download/install the network drivers.
