Error Code: 500121 authorization

Hi!

i was trying to authorize my school account and clicked the option that they would call me. I had problem with the sound on the phone so I pressed the wrong option and the account closed or something. How do I fix this?
I need to use the Microsoft Word in my schoolwork and must be able to log in through my schoolaccount to use it.
