I keep getting this error anytime I open my microsoft solitaire collection.  I have been getting it for several months now.  I saw another thread where others were getting the same code and a moderator commented once on the thread by asking some questions but never came back to address the problem once people answered the questions the moderator asked.   I am not alone with this problem.  It would be nice if someone could give us some answers as it appears Microsoft won't

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Scroll down to Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    	Select it

    	Click Advanced options

    	Click Reset

    	Restart

    	Check the Store for updates

Could you check if this happens in another user account?

Hello norm, firstly you can go to this: https://microsoftcasualgames.com/casualsuite/su...

Go through the troubleshooting steps you need for your system

    ________________________________

First you should try signing out of the Microsoft Store.

Click your Profile picture at the top right > click your account > sign out.

Restart your PC, and sign back into the store to see if that fixes it.

If that does not help try this:

Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot

    Scroll down to the bottom

    Click Windows Store Apps

    Run the troubleshooter

Try again and see what happens.

    ___________________

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: wsreset.exe

    Hit Enter

It will open a prompt, run through things, then close or you will have to close it yourself.

See if this fixes the store

    Try to reinstall the store:

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)

At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    rmdir C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Suggest you just backup your files and copy them over to the new account.

I tried the reset several times but still have the problem.

Thank you for suggesting trying to log in via a different user account on the computer.  The problem doesn't come up when I open the game using a different user account on the computer.  So it appears to be linked to my log in?  Do you have any suggestions?
