I receive the above subject error message continuously and it appears to be contributing to the poor performance of my Windows 10 PC causing it to run slowly and become unresponsive.  I reviewed the article with a similar error message and applied the recommended fixes, however, it did not resolve my issue.  I am hoping you can help. Here is the entire wording of the error message: Sure hope you can help!

    Hi Deborah,

Upon looking up the error message, I found out that it has something to do with the Raptr app which is likely installed on your PC. If you try to search for more information about the Raptr app, you'll see that this app installs more than 300 files including pythoncom26.dll.

To rectify the issue, all you need to do is uninstall the app.

Please let me know how it goes.
