code 31 error

Question

Hi, I am on windows 10. After a sudden shut down, when I restarted computer I had lost permission for everything. I worked out how to get permission back for Microsoft word and pictures. The problem is I cannot connect a device such as my camera, ipad and touchpad. It comes up with error 31. I have tried many things suggested within my limited competency but nothing works. My camera is crucial to my job and is really important to have it connect.

Not working. Ive entered password and stuck on next page where it it wants to set up pin but i cant move forward

thanks for that

i have deleted the registry for devices including mouse/touchpad.

now ive restarted and havent got any mouse working and dont know how to log in to computer without being able to move cursor!
