DCOM errors are not related to freezing. They are present on every computer.
I think this it is a hardware error.
Did you try reseating the components?

Hello
I have a problem with DCOM and I am not completely sure why it happens. Sometimes, for no reason, it just starts adding errors in Windows Logs and then completely freezes my computer. I've tried reinstalling the windows and the problem persists even right after the clean install. What is causing this and can I somehow disable DCOM or try to fix this problem? I've also tried to fix this exact error, but all it does is lead into another I can't find any fix for on the internet.
PC specs(in case of some incompatibility of some sort):
Windows 10 Pro
AMD FX 8320
AMD RADEON R9 280X rev. 2.0
ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
16GB HyperX Fury 1600Mhz
Thank you

Understood. The freeze usually happens at least once a week so I'll come back later with results.
Thank you for your answer!
Okay, let us try troubleshoot it. Work in Clean mode for a while and see if the freezes persist:
I did try to reseat them. Also changed my motherboard and boot device thinking they were at fault. Also tried using only 2 sticks of ram and when it froze again, switched to the other 2 and the freezes were still there. I am not 100% sure that DCOM is causing the freezes but all I know is that everytime I get a freeze, after restarting I see several DCOM errors in Event Viewer, just when it froze. I even tried swapping the PSU for a little time with a weaker one and borrowed a FX 6300 from a friend thinking that mine might be faulty and the freezes were still there. The only hardware parts that I havent tried changing are the case and CPU cooler, which are irrelevant. My temperatures are also okay, so no change of overheating. Beside that I don't always get freezes when i have a demanding load, sometimes I get freezes while just watching YouTube videos or while the PC is in complete idle. Really don't know what to try anymore.
Thanks for the reply.
