Windows 7 unlock code

Question

Windows 7 password won’t unlock my laptop. PW is correct. Fingerprint scanner does not unlock it either

I had been using my laptop earlier, shut it down for a few minutes

and now i get “incorrect password”

Error msg:  “The user profile service failed the logon - user profile cannot be loaded”

any ideas ?
