Hi,

Whenever I plug in my charger, CMD window pops up with below error. I have gone to mentioned location but there no such folder as 'civuiebu'(I have checked hidden folders as well).

I do not know what this folder is related to? I have checked in the community and applied all the related fixes like SFC scan, windows update check, Registry Check etc. Please let me know if any other information is needed?

I am a fellow community member who likes to help my peers when able.

Please try the following and let me know the result

Run the Power troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Control Panel”.

    Click on “Troubleshooting”.

Click on “View all” and select “Power”.

Follow the on-screen directions to run this troubleshooter.

    Hi Dadof,

I tried the steps provided by you but that only provided solution for improving battery life.  I am still getting the error message while plugging in the charger.

    Thanks.

Probably a Scheduled Task whose Target is missing. One of the conditions that can be specified for a task is only run when connected to AC power,

Have you looked in Event Viewer for any errors that might give you clues?
