As far as I understand MP4 is a file extension that is used to play Videos, and PNG is a file extension that is used to display photos, I doubt you can convert it

I need to upload a video from my computer to a site that only excepts png, gif or jpg and cannot figure out how to change it from mp4

Hi Mary, if that website only accepts png, gif, or jpg, they don't accept video files, they only accept pictures . . .

While mp4 is a video format whereas png, gif or jpg are picture formats. So conversion from video to picture will not make sense.
However, if this is the matter of changing extension only -
Open File Explorer > View tab > Check File name extensions
Right click on your file > Rename > Change mp4 to png
But this changed file may not be useful for people.
Thank you all. I ended up attaching it to an email and just sending it to the Company that way instead of using their dedicated site. Hopefully that will get the requested information to them.
