Also, did you try changing the USB stick from which you are trying to install too?

It gets the bsod after the passing the bios.I have tried multiple times to try overcome this however it is not working.I have tried using a single stick of ram ,different versions of windows , installed windows 10 on my memory stick multiple times , used different memory sticks and looked at and changed bios settings such as uefi and legacy.I cannot even get into the windows recovery or in safe mode I have tried to get into it multiple times.
When its gets past the bios all i see is the windows logo then I get the bsod after.I have tried removing unnecessary devices even removing the dedicated gpu and using the integrated gpu.
It is on a Z170 motherboard and a i7 6700k.

2018-06-15T15:43:26+00:00 Ive tested the RAM using memtest it has came up with no errors so that RAM is good.I will burn the iso onto a cd and see if it works next.I have also contacted the manufacturer of the motherboard about the issue.

2018-06-15T05:10:54+00:00 If it is a new PC, ask the manufacturer as they are responsible for the full functioning of the device.
If it is custom built, might be RAM or motherboard which you would have to be RMA

You could also check to see if there are some sectors of the hard drive damaged.
After you correct the damaged sectors you can enter with Windows Virtual and backup your files and then reinstall Windows
Take a look to the following link, there is a step by step guide
https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/hirens-boot-cd-al...

Process:
- Enter your USB drive or CD
- Enter Dos Programs
- Enter Hard Disk tools
- Enter HDAT2 4.53 (Test/Repair Bad Sector)
- Then auto & choose your keyboard United states (or wait it will do automatically here)
- Press Enter & Press Drive level tests menu
- Enter Check and Repair bad sectors
- And now it will start, it takes a lot of time, so wait until it finished.
