Looks like to me the event of you mounting a USB drive.

EventID 16 tells me that windows is trying to use an updated driver to read the device.

    Did the device not work?

    Hi Anders890,

Are you having difficulty booting into Windows 10?

That error does not indicate your system drive, rather another drive, did you have a USB drive plugged in at the time this error was generated?

You normally see this when you are doing backups to an external drive.

What is the full event of this in the system log?

And what issues are you experiencing?

What is the make and model of your PC?

What is the current version of Windows you are running?
