Boot Fail-Issue
Need help Community. I bought a Huawei Matebook X Pro i5 from Microsoft Store a month ago. The laptop is running on Windows 10 and I am using Office 365 applications. Random the computer shuts down and on a black screen indicates "Boot Fail" in a small blue box. When I hit ok on the message, it shows "No Boot Device" and then restarts. This happens again after 30min to 1-hour work. How can I fix this issue? Is it a device issue or a software issue? I rest the laptop to original settings and run updates but still. Same thing.
