ΔΕΝ ΑΝΑΓΝΩΡΙΖΕΙ Ο ΥΠΟΛΟΓΣΤΗΣ ΤΟ SCANNER

Εχω αγορασει εναν εκτυπωτη-scanner το οποιο ενω εκτυπωνει κανονικα οταν παω να σκαναρω μια σελιδα δειχνει ο υπολογιστης οτι δεν αναγνωριζει το scanner, εχω δει σε αλλες ερωτησεις στο forum οτι υπαρχει θεμα συμβατοτητας με την αναβαθμιση 1803 του Απριλιου 2018 (1803).

    I have bought a printer-scanner which, while ektypwnei normal when I go to skanarw a page shows the computer that does not recognize the scanner, I have seen in other questions on the forum that there is a subject of compatibility with the upgrade 1803 of April 2018 (1803) .
